AWARDS

"...Crooked Letter, I..."

 

Created 1996.  CROOKED LETTER, I, A full-length play originally written by L.D. in the mid 1990s, the play had two staged readings.​ 

Story: A "has-been" television situation comedy actress has a nervous breakdown when she realizes she is no longer "relevant" in Hollywood.  ​

 

Awarded the Theatre Bay Area C.A.S.H. Grant in 2000. Play is currently being considered for production in the West Coast.

 

The Fear Of Brotherhood

 

Created 1988.  THE FEAR OF BROTHERHOOD, 1989 Written by, L.D. Sargent, Playwright ​Story: Four male postal workers and friends have a life's awakening after attending a co-worker's funeral.
